That is why I have created a space to gently let our shoulders down—a 75-minute online workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and recentre.

Each month, we delve into a new playful theme, crafted to inspire and connect your inner calm. The sessions are a mix of:

- Grounding Practices: Arriving into the space and anchoring the body.

- Gentle Rest Practices: Supporting the body to gently soothe and settle. 

- Creative Journaling: Explore your stories and get creative with guided writing prompts.
